Booking Conditions:
12 hour notice is required for all boat bookings. Payment is recommended to be made online in advance to ensure availability upon arrival at the port. please note that there will be an additional charge if the boat is returned later than the agreed-upon rental period. Additionally, if you are running late for the scheduled check-in time by more than 30 minutes, we will still need to end the tour at the scheduled time. We highly recommend that you plan your trip accordingly to ensure that the boat is returned on time.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled booking will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. In case of inclement weather preventing the sailing from taking place, customers may change their booking date free of charge or request a complete refund.
